Our Process

Our five-step client advice process enables us to provide you with a consultative assessment of your current situation, your future, and your feelings about your ultimate legacy. Paul will collaborate with you to provide guidance as you progress towards your dreams and goals. Paul will also make adjustments when necessary due to changes in your personal situation or changes in market/economic conditions.

Step #1 – Discovery
After an initial discussion to determine whether we are a good fit for each other, we meet for an in-depth discovery discussion. Our goal is to understand fully your current situation, your goals, and everything else we need to know to develop your prioritized plan.

Step #2 – Conduct Analysis
We’ll review our notes from Discovery as well as analyze the documents you have provided. Then Paul will develop and draft your investment plan, investment strategy proposal, and planning recommendations.

Step #3Planning/Presentation
Paul presents you with an integrated plan with customized strategies and solutions focused on your lifelong goals. Upon further discussions, we then determine the next steps to take together.

Step #4Implementation
Paul puts your plan into action as per agreement from the previous meeting.

Step #5Progress Review Meeting 
We sit down together to discuss any changes in your life, which may have an impact on your plan. We also review progress toward your goals, answer your questions, and discuss any potential impact on our plan that current market conditions may present us.
